Scenic Drives Three Capes Scenic LoopThis Driveway offers some of the most beautiful views along the Oregon Coast. At just under 40 kilometers, this adventure takes one from Pacific City to Tillamook along pristine shore. Headed north, beginning in Pacific City using all Cape Kiwanda and its amazing views, you are going to travel throughout the Peninsula at Sand Lake, where you may hit Cape Lookout, a gigantic headland that juts two or more kilometers out to sea. Practice Netarts Bay, then pass through the quaint communities of Netarts and Oceanside and visit Cape Meares. To complete the driveway, skirt along Tillamook Bay and you wind up around the west of Tillamook. Otter Crest LoopThis scenic drive winds only west of Highway 101 also provides the most relaxing way to experience the views in your Cape Foulweather, along with a stop in Devil’s Punchbowl, among the most interesting geological formations on the Oregon Coast. Yachats Ocean Road State Natural SiteSouth of Yachats, the street makes a one-mile loop, exposing one of the most scenic views on the shore beneath the Yachats Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Park along the loop and revel in access to the beach, wave pools, blowholes, summer sunsets and whale viewing. Viewpoints Cape Kiwanda State ParkIn Pacific City, one of the greatest places to watch the ocean and Haystack Rock is Cape Kiwanda. Be mindful of signage, Take a Hike…with Your Camera in Lincoln City – Oregon Coast Visitors Association as a few cliffside regions are unsafe and fenced off. Cape Lookout State ParkA two-mile trail leading to a bench with the best view of the Pacific. Located in 13000 Whiskey Creek Road; bring your hiking boots. Cape Meares State Scenic ViewpointTucked away on a headland 200 ft above the ocean with beautiful views of the coastline southward. Cape Meares is great for whale viewing and in Addition to the nesting Common Murres–do not forget to See the Cape Meares Lighthouse along with the Octopus Tree. Munson Creek Falls State Natural SiteOne of the most scenic waterfalls in the Oregon Coast at 319 ft, Munson Creek Falls is a short stroll in the parking lot and is an important place for salmon spawning. Nestucca Bay National Wildlife RefugeTake that the Pacific View Path and you’ll experience a simple walk on a paved surface. The trail ends at an observation deck where You’ll be treated to a sweeping view of the Pacific Ocean, Haystack Rock, Nestucca Bay, the Coast Range and the Little Nestucca River. Tillamook BayBetween Tillamook and Garibaldi, there’s a small wayside using an interpretive kiosk across Tillamook Bay. This location provides sweeping views of the sprawling bay. Boiler Bay State Scenic ViewpointA miraculous and rocky, basalt-rimmed bay, Boiler Bay is a Wonderful spot to see wild surf action on the rocky spurs
